 Eligibility Details-

The candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria for the admission in NRTI Courses 2020-21

Nationality-

candidate must be either-

1.  a citizen of India.
2.  a subject of Nepal
3.  a subject of Bhutan.
4.  a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January,1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
5.  a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualification

Undergraduate Programmes:

BBA in Transportation Management

• 10+2 with maths (All Streams)

BSc in Transportation Technology

• 10+2 with maths (Science Stream)

B.Tech. in Rail Infrastructure Engineering

• 10+2 with maths, physics & chemistry (Science Stream) Candidates must have valid JEE Mains 2020 score

B.Tech. in Rail Systems & Communication Engineering

• 10+2 with maths, physics & chemistry (Science Stream) Candidates must have valid JEE Mains 2020 score

Applicants must have completed their 10+2 Board examination with at least 55% marks (50% for OBC/SC/ST)

Postgraduate Programmes

MBA in Transportation Management

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with maths or statistics as one of the subjects, with aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI of at least 55% (50% for OBC/SC/ST)

MBA in Supply Chain Management

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with maths or statistics as one of the subjects, with aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI of at least 55% (50% for OBC/SC/ST)

MSc in Transport Technology and Policy

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with maths or statistics as one of the subjects, with aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI of at least 55% (50% for OBC/SC/ST)

MSc in Transport Economics

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with maths or statistics as one of the subjects, with aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI of at least 55% (50% for OBC/SC/ST)

MSc in Transport Information Systems& Analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with maths or statistics as one of the subjects, with aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI of at least 55% (50% for OBC/SC/ST)

MSc in Railway Systems Engineering & Integration
(International degree programme with University of Birmingham, UK)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with maths or statistics as one of the subjects, with aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI of at least 55% (50% for OBC/SC/ST)

Age Limit–as on 01/08/2020

• Minimum      : 18 Years
• Maximum     : Less than 25 Years(For UG Courses)

Application Fee

• GEN/OBC/EWS                                                                        :  500/-
• SC / ST                                                                                        :   250/-
• Pay the Examination Fee through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

About The Exam :

Selection for various courses  will be through as follows : –

• NRTI UG and PG Entrance Tests (for aptitude) will be administered on Aug 23, 2020 at multiple locations across the country.
• Selection to BBA, BSc programmes will be based on score in NRTI UG Entrance test.
• Selection to B.Tech. programmes will be based on JEE Mains 2020 scores.
• Applicants for the MSc programmes shortlisted on the basis of NRTI PG Entrance test, will be required to appear for a subject test and interview; admission will be offered based on overall results. offered based on overall results.
• Applicants to the MBA programmes who have valid CAT (2019), XAT (2020) or MAT (later than May 2019) scores may be exempted from PG entrance test. Applicants shortlisted on the basis of their score in NRTI PG Entrance test or CAT/XAT/MAT as above will be required to appear for personal interview; admission will be offered based on overall results.
• Medium of examination shall be ENGLISH only.

Exam Centres–            Delhi and other. 

At the time of  counselling Bring the original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies of all the documents-

• On the counselling date bring duly filled-in Admission Form  and three recent passport size (5 cm x 4 cm) photographs.
• Arrange original documents and their self-attested photocopies in the following order:
• Admit  card
• Result Class
• 10th Certificate.
• Educational Certificate and Marksheet.
•  Character Certificate from the Institute last attended.
• SC/ST Certificate (wherever applicable).
•  A person with Disability (PwD) Certificate-if applicable .
• OBC Certificate If applicable
• Certificate for Defence Category .
• Certificate for Dependants of Riot/Terrorist Victims.
• Certificate for Children/Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters .
• Gap Year Undertaking (wherever applicable) .

How to Apply Online for NRTI Admission 2020

• NRTI Vadodara  has released notification for various course Admission Online Form 2020.
• One can apply between 09 /07/2020 to 09/08/2020  NRTI Admissions 2020.
• Please read the notification before applying the NRTI form .
• Then check the eligibility,documents required like  –
• Class X Certificate/Marksheet(DOB proof)
• Class XII Marksheet
• Class XII Certificate
• Graduation Marksheet
• Graduation Degree
• Kindly ready documents like -Photo, Sign, Thumb etc.
• There are four steps in NRTI Admission Online  form filling:-
• Step 1 : Registration
• Step 2 : Apply
• Step 3 : Submission
• Step 4 :Fee payment
• Take a printout of  finally submitted NRTI  application form on A4 size paper .
• Keep the NRTI  application form for future reference.
