SBI PO Important Dates

SBI PO Eligibility Details-

The candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria for SBI PO  :

Nationality

candidate must be either-

1.  a citizen of India.
2.  a subject of Nepal
3.  a subject of Bhutan.
4.  a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January,1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
5.  a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualification

• A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Age Limit–as on 01/04/2020

• Minimum      :21 Years
• Maximum     : 30 Years

Age relaxation to different category is according to SBI  recruitment rules.

• GEN/OBC                                         :  750/-
• EWS                                                   :  750/-
• SC/ST/PwD                                     :   0/-
• Pay exam fee through Debit Card/Credit Card /Net Banking etc.

About The SBI PO  Exam :

The sbi po  selection process will be based on Prelims, mains exam  and interview. However .The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final.

SBI PO Prelims Exam pattern

SBI PO Mains Exam Pattern

SBI PO Descriptive Test : The duration of Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for total 50 marks.

SBI PO Interview

 In view of the Social Distancing and safety measures necessitated due to COVID-19 pandemic, the 3rd Phase may comprise of (i) Interview only (50 marks) OR (ii) Interview (30 marks) & Group Exercises (20 marks). Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks in Phase-III to be considered for final selection.

SBI PO Final Selection

The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately. The marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Phase-III for preparing the final merit list.

• One can apply between 14/11/2020 to 04/12/2020.
• Please read the notification before applying SBI PO form .
• Then check the eligibility, documents required.

• Before final submission please preview and check your details.
• Take a printout of finally submitted SBI PO Online Form 2021 and keep the same for future reference.
