Eligibility Details-
The candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria for Indian Army Jobs :
Nationality.
A candidate must be unmarried male and must either be :
- A citizen of India, or
- subject of Bhutan, or
- subject of Nepal, or
- Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st of January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of
permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above
shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Govt of India.
Certificate of eligibility will however not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal. A
candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be shortlisted provisionally subject to the necessary certificate being given to him by the Govt before declaration of result by SSB/joining training.
Educational Qualification
- Unmarried male Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics ( PCM) subjects.

Vacancy details :
There are total of 90 vacancies for 10+2 TES posts in Indian Army that are provisional and can be changed depending on the training capacity at the Training Academy for this course. The vacancies are subject to increase/decrease keeping the organizational requirement at the point of time

Type of Commission. On successful completion of 4 years of the course, cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Indian Army in the rank of Lt.
Cost of Training-Borne by Government.Rs 8785/- per week (or as notified from time to time) for the period of candidate’s stay at the Officers Training Academy, Gaya/Cadet Training Wing.

Allowances :
Uniform Allowance. Subsumed into the newly proposed Dress Allowance i.e. Rs. 20,000/- per year.
Free Rations.
(i) Continue in Fd Area to all Defence Officers.
(ii) Defence officers posted in peace area to get Ration Money Allce(RMA) every month.
Children Education Allowance. Rs. 2250/- per month per child for two eldest surviving only. CEA is admissible from Nursery to 12th Classes.
Leave. leave will be admissible in accordance with the rules in force from time to time.

About the Training
Basic Military Training : 1 year at Officer Training Academy Gaya (Bihar).
Technical Training.
Phase-I (Pre Commission Training) : 3 Years at CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad.
Phase-II (Post Commission Training) : 1 year at CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad.
Award of Degree. The candidates will be awarded Engineering degree after successful completion of the final examination.
Fixed Stipend for Cadet Training :
- The gentlemen cadets will be given a stipend of Rs. 56,100/-p.m.* as is admissible to NDA cadets on completion of 3 years training.
- On completion of 4 Years training, they will be commissioned in the rank of Lt and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank.
About The Exam :
The selection procedure is as follows:-
- Shortlisting of Applications.based on cut off percentage applied as decided by HQ of MoD (Army)
- After shortlisting of candidates, the Centre allotment will be intimated to the candidate online.
- After allotment of Selection Centre, candidates will have to log in to the website and select their SSB dates on a first come first serve basis
- Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will undergo SSB at by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer
Two stage selection procedure
- Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II.
- Those who fail in Stage I will be returned on the same day.
- Duration of SSB interview is five days and details of the same are available at the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
- This will be followed by a medical examination for the candidates who get recommended after Stage II.
Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be issued joining letter for training in the order of merit, depending on the number of vacancies available

How to apply for Indian Army 10+2 TES Online
- Indian Army has released notification for 10+2 TES post Online Form 2020.
- One can apply between 15 /10/2020 to 13/11/2020.
- Please read the notification before applying the Indian Army TES form .
- Then check the eligibility,documents required.
- Kindly ready scan documents like -Photo, Sign, Thumb etc.
- Before Final submission of Indian Army TES form please preview and check your details.
- Take a printout of finally submitted Indian Army TES application form on A4 size paper and keep the same for future reference.
- Candidates are required to print two copies of the application with Roll Number generated by the system.
- First copy of the print out application duly self attested by the candidate will be carried to the selection centre for the SSB interview along with following documents
- Class 10th certificate / mark sheet in original showing DOB.
- Class 12th certificate / mark sheet in original.
- ID proof in original.
- Two self attested photocopies of the certificates
- 20 copies of self attested PP size photograph will also be carried alongwith the Application Form.
- The second copy is to be retained by the candidate for his reference.
