Eligibility Details-

The candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria for Assistant Town Planner ATP Post in JPSC.

Nationality-

candidate must be either-

1.  a citizen of India.
2.  a subject of Nepal
3.  a subject of Bhutan.
4.  a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January,1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
5.  a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualification

Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS)

• Bachelor Degree in Science
• Diploma / Certificate in Computers and
• Valid Driving License for Two Wheeler Vehicle.

Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLC)

• DMLT / BMLT Exam Passed
•  Diploma / Certificate in Computers and
• Valid Driving License for Two Wheeler Vehicle.

Vector Borne Disease Supervisor (VBDS)

• Bachelor Degree in Science
• Diploma / Certificate in Computers and
• Valid Driving License for Two Wheeler Vehicle.

Block Community Mobilizer (BCM)

• Master Degree in Social Work / MBA / PG Diploma in Rural Development / Rural Management.

Block Accountant

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce B.Com
• 6 Month Certificate / Diploma in Computer.

Block Health Manager (BHM)

• Diploma OR MBA with Hospital Management / Health Care Management.

Age Limit –as on 01/01/2020

• Minimum      : Not applicable
• Maximum     : 37 Years (Male)
• Maximum     : 40 Years (Female)
• Age Relaxation Extra as per Bihar SHSB Rules.

• Pay the Examination Fee through  Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards .

About The Exam :

The selection criteria for various posts in SHSB Bihar is based on the written computer based test and academic records.The total marks is 100 that is distributed as follows :-

Academic Records        –     50 % Weightage

Written exam                 –    50% Weightage

For academic records –50 marks (0.5 for each percentage of marks in Essential Qualification)

During the time exam 

• In addition to the Admit Card, it is mandatory to carry at least two passport size recent colour photographs, Original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admit Card.
• Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar, Voter‟s ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, ID Card issued by University/ College/ School, Employer ID Card (Govt./ PSU), Ex-serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence. Any other photo bearing valid ID card issued by the Central/ State Government.
• If Photo Identity Card does not have the date of birth printed on it then the candidate must carry an additional original document (e.g. Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet issued only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards; Birth Certificate, Category Certificate) in proof of their date of birth.
• PwD candidates using the facility of scribes required to carry required Medical Certificate/ Undertaking/ Photocopy of the Scribe‟s Photo ID Proof.

• Copy of Online Filled up Applicant form.
• Recent colored photograph.
• photo Identity proof (Aadhar and PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID card/Passport).
• Matriculation/ Secondary Certificate.
• Educational Qualification Certificate.
• Copy of work experience certificate. (As in the absence of work experience certificate candidate will submit the joining letter and relieving letter/order and in case of serving employee, latest salary slip/certificate may be considered’)
• Caste/ Category Certificate(Jharkhand State), if belongs to reserved categories.
• Persons with Disabilities Certificate  if applicable.
• Relevant Certificate(Jharkhand State) if seeking any age relaxation.
• No Objection Certificate, in case already employed in Government/ Government undertaking.
