Eligibility Details-

The candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria for HSSC various posts:

Educational Qualification for HSSC Posts-

Election Naib Tehsildar  –

1. BA/B.Com or equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Election Kanungo-

1. BA/B.Com or equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Work Supervisor-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI Certificate in the Trade of Building Maintenance/Building Constructor; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Auto Diesel Mechanic-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI Certificate in Mechanic Diesel/Mechanic Motor Vehicle Trade; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Carpenter.-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI Certificate in Carpenter Trade; and
3. Three years experience in the relevant field.

Plumber-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI Certificate in the Trade of Plumber/Fitter; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Receptionist-cum-Telephone Operator-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Knowledge of Computer and EPBAX System and
3. Two years experience as Receptionist/Telephone Operator.

Surveyor-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Basic Knowledge of Computer;
3. Two years ITI Certificate in the Trade of Surveyor; and
4. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Painter-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI Certificate in the trade of Painter; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Mason-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI Certificate in the Trade of Mason Building Constructor; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Mechanic (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Two years I.T.I. in Refrigeration: and
3. Two Years experience in the relevant field.

Lift Operator-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Five years experience in Operation of lift.

Chargeman (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Two years I.T.I in Refrigeration; and
3. Five years experience in the relevant field.

Chargeman (Electrical)-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Two years I.T.I Certificate in Electrician trade; and
3. Five years experience in the relevant field.

Electrician-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Two years I.T.I. Certificate in Electrician/Wireman Trade; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Machine Tool Operator-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. I.T.I Certificate in Welder/Machinist/Turner Trade; and
3. Four years experience in the Relevant field from a reputed Machine Shop.

Auto Electrician-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. I.T.I Certificate in the Trade of Motor Mechanic/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Auto Electrician Trade; and
3. Three years experience in the relevant field.

Chargeman Miscellaneous-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. I.T.I Certificate in Mechanic Diesel/Mechanic Motor Vehicles/Fitter/Welder /Machinist/Turner trade; and
3. Five years experience in the relevant field from any auto Workshop.

Storekeeper-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Basic knowledge of Computer; and
3. Three years experience in the relevant field.

Fitter Heavy Machine-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI certificate in Fitter Trade; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Supervisor-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI certificate in the trade of Mechanic Motor Vehicles; and
3. Two years experience as workshop supervisor from any reputed workshop.

Blacksmith-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. Eight years experience in the relevant field.

Workshop Machinery Operator-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

2. ITI certificate in Welder/Turner/Machinist trade; and
3. Two years experience in the relevant field.

Chargeman Heavy Plant-

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.
2. ITI certificate in Mechanic Diesel/Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade; and
3. Five years experience in the relevant field from any Auto Workshop.

Inspector-

1. Graduate of a recognised University or having equivalent qualifications.
2. Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher

3. Preference will be given to a Graduate, in Economics or Commerce or Agriculture or holding Higher Diploma in Co-operation/Junior Personnel Diploma in Co-operation.

Section Officer-

(i) Commerce Graduate with advanced Accountancy and Auditing.
(ii) 3 yrs. experience as Accounts Assistant.
(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Sub Station Generator Attendant-

(i) Certification in ITI Electrical Trade experience of 2 years preferably in Sub-Station.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Electrician-

(i) ITI Certificate (2 years) in Electrical/Wireman with knowledge of maintenance of Electrical motors and installation.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Junior Mechanic-

(i) ITI Diploma or equivalent qualification from a Technical Training Institute.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Accounts Clerk-

(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks from any recognized University.
                                                          Or
Post Graduate in Commerce with at least 50% marks from a recognized University.
(ii) Having working knowledge of Computer i.e MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Tally etc.
(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Store Keeper-

(i) Graduate with 2 yrs. experience of Store handling and store accounting.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Store Clerk-

(i) Matriculate with one year exp. of store handling and store accounting.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Assistant Seed Production Officer-

(i) B.Sc. (Agril.) with High 2nd Div. or M.Sc.(Agril.) with specialization in Plant Breeding, Agronomy

                                                         or

Seed Technology with minimum 2 yrs. experience in Seed Production/Processing/ certification etc.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Account Assistant-

i) B.Com Minimum 3yrs. Experience in Govt. Undertaking or Public Undertaking or Commercial organization of repute.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Senior Mechanic-

i) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
ii) 3 yrs. Experience in the running and maintenance of Seed Processing Plant.
(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Marketing Assistant-

i) Graduate with at least one year experience of Marketing of Agril. Products.
(ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

TGT Punjabi (Rest of Haryana).-

i. B.A. with at least 50% marks in Punjabi as an elective subject and 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education;
                                                                                             OR
B.A. with at least 50% marks as well as in Punjabi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.);
                                                                                            OR
B.A. with at least 45% marks as well as 50% marks in Punjabi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard;
                                                                                           OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
                                                                                         OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4- year BA. Ed;
                                                                                        OR
B.A. with at least 50% marks as well as in Punjabi as an elective subject and 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
AND
ii) In case of B.Ed., Punjabi as teaching subject from a recognized university.

iii) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET);
iv) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

Turner Instructor, Theory-

i) AICTE recognized Bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology or its equivalent in Mechanical / Production/ Industrial Engineering from AICTE recognized institution/ university or Institutions established by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, on full time regular mode basis, with one year practical/ teaching experience.
                                                                                         OR
Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent in Mechanical/ Production/Industrial from State Board of Technical Education of any State Government with two years practical/ teaching experience.
ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or higher education.

Fitter Instructor, Theory-

i) AICTE recognized Bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology or its equivalent in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/ Fabrication Engineering from AICTE recognized institution/ university or Institutions established by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, on full time regular mode basis, with one year practical/ teaching experience.
                                                                             OR
Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/ Fabrication from State Board of Technical Education of any State Government with two years practical/ teaching experience.
ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or higher education.

Carpenter Instructor, Practical-

i) National Trade Certificate/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Carpenter with Crafts Instructor Training Course (CITC) in relevant trade with five years practical/ teaching experience including training period;
In case CITC course in relevant trade is not available/ introduced in any NCVT affiliated institute then the candidate must possess National Trade Certificate / National Apprenticeship Certificate in Carpenter passed with minimum 70% marks and NCVT approved POT course, with eight years practical/ teaching experience including training period.
ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or higher education.

Pharmacist-

1. 10+2 with Science, (Physics and Chemistry);
2. Pharmacists course diploma from the Medical College, Rohtak or any other recognized Institutions recognized by the Haryana Government with training in injections, dressing and ward work in a recognized Hospital;
3. Registered as a Pharmacist with the Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31(a) or 31(c) or 32(a) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.
4. Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

Laboratory Technician-

1. 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and one year Laboratory Technician Diploma from institution recognized by Haryana State.

Matric with Laboratory Technician diploma from institution recognized by State Technician Education Board.
2. Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

About The Exam :

There is single examination in HSSC recruitment 2020.

 Exam pattern-

(i) The scheme of marks in respect of selection to the HSSC posts shall comprise of total 100 marks, as detailed below:

(ii) The 90 marks of written examination shall be divided into to parts comprising:-
a) 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject, as applicable.
b) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.
(iii) The 10 marks for socio-economic criteria and experience shall be allocated as follows:
a. if neither the applicant nor any person from among the applicant’s family viz father, mother, spouse, brother, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Department/Board/ Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India.

(5 Marks)

b. if the applicant is:-
(i) a widow; or
(ii) the first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years: or
(iii) the first or the second child and his father had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years,”.

c. If the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of the State of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class.
(5 marks)

d. Experience:
One-half (=0.5) mark for each year or part thereof exceeding six month of experience, out of a maximum of sixteen years, on the same or a higher post in any Department/Board/Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/ Commission/ Authority of Government of Haryana. No marks shall be awarded for any period less than six months.

Note:- No applicant shall be given more than 10 marks in HSSC exam paper for socio economic criteria and experience under any circumstances.

Due to Increasing cases of COVID-19 the following guidelines are strictly applicable during the HSSC exam

Candidates will be permitted to carry only

a. WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY

b. Gloves

c. Personal transparent water bottle

d. Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)

e. A simple pen

f. HSSC Exam related documents (Call Letter/Admit Card, ID card in Original, Photocopy of ID Card, etc)

g. HSSC Call Letter/Admit Card should be brought with the Photocopy of the Photo ID stapled with it. Original ID (same as Photocopy) is also to be brought for verification..

h. In case of Scribe Candidates for HSSC exam – Scribe form duly filled and signed with Photograph affixed.

i. If candidate is availing the scribe, then scribe also should bring their own Gloves, N95 Mask, sanitizer (50ml) and water bottle. Wearing a mask is compulsory. Both candidate and Scribe will require to be wearing N95 Mask.

j. A Candidate must have Aarogya Setu App installed on his mobile phone. 

k. All candidates will be checked with Thermo guns at the entry point for temperature during HSSC exam. In case, any person is observed to be having above normal temperature (> 99.14° F) or displaying any symptoms of the virus, they will not be allowed entry into the venue

 

Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box,

Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc.

(b) Any communication device like Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc.-

(c) Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, etc.

(d) All ornament like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc. should be thoroughly checked.

(e) Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, etc.

(f) Any metallic item

(g) Any eatable item opened or packed

(h) Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth devices etc.

  • One can apply between 27/03/ 2020 to 15/05/ 2020 for HSSC.
  • Please read the notification before applying HSSC online form .
  • Then check the eligibility,documents required.
  • Kindly Scan the document to be uploaded-Photo, Sign,Thumb etc.
  • Before final submission of HSSC form please preview and check your details.
