Indian Navy SSR Education Qualification August 2020 Batch
- 10+2 /Higher Secondary/Intermediate Exam with Physics,Mathematics with One of the Following Subject Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science. Indian Navy SRR 12th percentage cutt off will be decided by board.
Artificial Apprentice (AA) August 2020 Batch
10+2 /Intermediate/Higher Secondary Exam with 60% Aggregate Marks and Physics,Mathematics with One of the Following Subject Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science.
Indian Navy SSR AA Age Limit 2021 as on 01/02/2001 to 31/07/2004
- Minimum : 16 & 1/2 Years
- Maximum : 19 & 1/2 Years
- Age relaxation to different category is according to Indian Navy recruitment rules.
Physical Eligibility
- Running :6 Km Completed in 07 Minutes.
- Height :157 CMS
- Push Ups : 10 Times
- Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak) :20 Times
Application Fee
- GEN/OBC/EWS : 205/-

Indian Navy SSR basic pay is 5200-20200/-
Indian Navy SSR grade pay-1900/-
Indian Navy SSR salary per month at starting is 21700/-
Indian Navy SSR training salary-During the initial training period, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/-per month will be paid
Indian Navy SSR total salary-On successful completion of initial training, candidates will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (Rs. 21,700-69,100).
The selection process consist of written exam and physical fitness test(PFT) followed by SSB interview.
Due to covid 19 pandemic situation this year there is an exception in the selection process. 10000 candidates will be called for written exam followed by PFT.
Candidates will be shortlisted for written exam based on 10+2 marks obtained.The Indian Navy SSR percentage required cut off will be decided by the selection board.
Written Test
- Questions will be of 10+2 levels.
- All questions will be bilingual (Hindi & English)except for the english language.
- Duration of exam will be 1 hour ie. 60 minutes.
- There will be four sections in the paper ie. English, General Knowledge,Science and Mathematics.
- Indian Navy SSR negative marking is 1/4 for each wrong answer.
Physical Fitness Test
- Running :6 Km Completed in 07 Minutes.
- Height :157 CMS
- Push Ups : 10 Times
- Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak) :20 Times

Indian Navy SSR AA syllabus 2020
- Matriculation/ Secondary Certificate.
- XII Mark-sheet and certificate.
- Order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification.
- Caste/ Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
- Persons with Disabilities Certificate in the required format, if applicable.
- For Ex-Servicemen (ESM): Serving Defence Personnel Certificate
- Undertaking- Discharge Certificate, if discharged from the Armed Forces,
- Relevant Certificate if seeking any age relaxation.
- No Objection Certificate, in case already employed in Government/ Government undertakings.
